Cheekbones
that could cut glass, a lilting accent that begs your attention,
and a smile that brings sunshine to her face... it all comes just
close to describing 24-year-old Polish beauty
Dorota... She started modeling at 16, in her hometown of Rzeszow,
finishing up as 2nd-runner up in the Miss Polonia
beauty pageant. That was just the start, and she soon hooked up
with a model agency in Krakow, working the camera and walking the
runway for a short while there before landing on US shores seven
years ago...
Now
with M3 model agency, she's found runway modeling to be her favorite
brand of looking beautiful, and she gets great pleasure from the
attending crowds. "I love meeting interesting people, and fashion
shows are the best," she says. "Everything is alive!"
When asked if
she has any advice for models starting out in the industry, she
says "most important is a good portfolio," but that perseverance
is also key. "You can't give
up!" Being a bit outgoing won't hurt either... She laughs and
says, "You can't be shy... no way!" Obviously, not a problem
for Dorota...
